Randy Kinghorn, Joan Vickers and Christie Beecher have joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Ogden office. They will provide real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout the Wasatch Front. Kinghorn has 30 years of real estate experience. He joined Coldwell Banker from Western Real Estate, a brokerage he owned and operated for 18 years. Vickers has been in real estate for 10 years. Beecher has been a real estate agent for seven years.
Rachel Pugh and Camille Siebenberg have been promoted at Mantyla McReynolds. Pugh, now firm administrator, has been with the firm for four years and previously was an executive assistant. As administrator, she will assist the firm’s managing partner and oversee firm clients, as well as numerous firm office and accounting needs. Pugh’s education includes a degree from Brigham Young University. Siebenberg has been promoted to marketing and recruiting director. She works with the partners to plan company and client events and is involved in new-employee recruitment. She has been with the firm for 10 years, primarily as an executive assistant. Her education includes a degree from the University of Utah.
Jack Madsen, Brian Junge, Michael Mueller, Roger Phillips and Emir Tursic have been promoted at HKS Inc. Madsen was promoted to vice president. June, Mueller, Phillips and Tursic were promoted to associate.
Francis Rosado has been promoted to associate principal at Envision Engineering. Rosado joined the company in 1999 and has designed and managed religious facilities, medical clinics, research labs, fitness centers, assisted living centers, retail facilities and large commercial projects.
Kyanne Gochnour has been named director of catering at Bambara. Gochnour most recently was catering-sales manager for another property in Salt Lake City. She has experience in managing trade shows, seminars, workshops, think tanks, retreats, board meetings, sales presentations, press conferences, book signings, training sessions and product demonstrations.
